About this light

Black version of the Johnny architect lamp: a black metal arm with two articulated sections, a half-sphere reflector whose light interior bounces the light back, and a round base. At 65 cm high, it carries the light source 51 cm from its base. It suits a desk, a drawing table or a sewing station.

Description

Black metal, light interior

The whole body is lacquered black, from the base to the reflector. Only the inside of the dome, lighter in the photo, stands out and helps direct the light towards the work surface. The joints and the cable running along the arms give the lamp its workshop look.

Bulb and power supply

Use an E14 bulb of 25 W at most; it is not supplied with the lamp. A low-power E14 LED is enough for focused reading light. The lamp has a switch, is not dimmable and is Class II. IP20 rating, for use in a dry room.

Dimensions: 65 cm high

The 51 cm reach lets you place the base to one side and bring the light to the centre of the desk. The weight of 2.4 kg anchors the lamp on its base.
