Gallier table lamp, black vase with gold handles, white lampshade

A scrolled urn in black and gold

The base follows the shape of a classic urn: a black shaft that widens towards the shoulders, two curled handles in a gold finish, and a gold neck and pedestal foot. The lamp combines resin, steel and fabric; a small gold ball finishes the stem above the lampshade.

Light filtered through white fabric

The white lampshade lets a soft light through over its full height, lighting the room as much as the furniture. You will need an E27 bulb, 60 W maximum, which is not supplied with the lamp. The manufacturer states it is dimmer compatible: choose a dimmable LED bulb in that case. Operated by a switch on the cable.

Dimensions and placement

Its 45.7 cm width calls for a piece of furniture deep enough so that the lampshade does not overhang too much. It weighs 4.2 kg. Class I, to be plugged into an earthed socket.
