About this light

Table lamp with a gold Art Deco lampshade: grey, bronze and brass fans repeat all around the drum, in the spirit of the 1920s. The white ceramic base, shaped like a flask with a slender neck, and its antique brass foot soften this graphic pattern. At 69 cm high, it suits a sideboard, a console table or a desk.

Description

Art Deco fans on fabric

The lampshade is printed with open fans, in fine grey, bronze and gold rays, recalling the ocean liner and cinema décor of the 1920s. The base, by contrast, stays white and glossy: a round belly, a very elongated neck and a round antique brass plinth.

Light and control

The dark fabric lets through less light than pale versions: the lamp serves mainly as mood lighting, with a pool of light on the furniture. E27 lampholder, 60 W maximum, bulb not included. Switch on the cable, Class I.

Dimensions and placement

The lamp measures 69 cm high by 36 cm in diameter and weighs 5.1 kg. On a sideboard, two lamps placed either side frame a gold mirror or a painting. In a study, place it in a corner to light the wall.
