Ripple table lamp, white ribbed column with black lampshade

White column, black lampshade

This version reverses the colours of the black Ripple. The base is a cylinder of white resin with tight grooves, which play with the shadows when the light comes from the side. A silver-tone disc serves as the foot, a silver-tone ring joins the column to the lampholder, and the black drum lampshade tops it off.

Directed lighting

The black lampshade holds the light back at the sides and sends it onto the furniture and up towards the ceiling: it provides mood lighting rather than general background light. It takes one E27 bulb of up to 60 W, to be purchased separately. With a dimmable LED bulb, the brightness can be varied, depending on the manufacturer. It is switched on using the switch on the cable.

Size and weight

65 cm high by 36 cm wide, 4.68 kg. Class I: make sure you use an earthed socket. On a white console table, it stands out thanks to its dark lampshade.
