About this light

This art glass and bronze table lamp goes for clean lines: a pyramid-shaped shade made of cream and honey panels, hung from a steel bracket whose curved stem sweeps down to a stepped base. At 54.8 cm high, it lights a desk, console or sideboard with a golden glow, filtered through the glass.

Description

A four-sided art glass lampshade

The lampshade forms a low, four-sided pyramid. Each side combines cream and honey art glass panels, separated by dark bars that trace out rays. It hangs below a square bracket, extended by an arched stem that meets a stepped rectangular base. The whole steel structure comes in a western bronze finish, a very dark brown.

A honey-coloured light

A single E27 lampholder, up to 60 W, is tucked beneath the glass; the bulb is not included. A 2700 K LED enhances the amber tones of the panels. The light falls mainly onto the work surface, while the glass glows by transparency.

Size and stability

The lampshade is 33 cm wide and the lamp extends 38.1 cm in depth, because the stem is set towards the back: leave a little room between the wall and the edge of the furniture. Its 5.4 kg keep it firmly in place on a desk. Class I, to be plugged into an earthed socket.
