About this light

This 2-light table lamp, the Oblong, forms a rectangular frame in rustic brown steel in which two lampholders face each other in a staggered layout. The bulbs stay on show: with filament globe bulbs, the lamp becomes a graphic piece on a sideboard, console table or chest of drawers. It is 46 cm high.

Description

An open frame in aged steel

The light is simply a vertical rectangle of mild steel, set on a flat base in the same rustic brown with an aged finish. Two cylindrical lampholders extend from opposite uprights, one at the top left, the other lower on the right, so that the bulbs cross at the centre of the frame.

Two E27 bulbs of your choice

Each E27 lampholder takes up to 60 W; bulbs are sold separately. Changing the bulb shape (globe, tube, pear) alters the look of the lamp. Choose amber filament LED bulbs at 2700 K for a soft glow. The brightness is not adjustable; an inline cable switch turns both on together. IP20, for dry indoor use.

Size

The lamp is 28 cm wide and only 12 cm deep, which makes it easy to place against a wall. Its weight of 3.72 kg ensures good stability. Class II.
