White glass and polished gold, in a small diameter
The polished gold-plated steel band shines like new brass and frames a low, smooth opal glass cylinder that lights up over its whole height. The two screws and the small central disc are in the same gold tone. At 23.5 cm in diameter, it is the smallest of the Tamar range, designed for rooms where a larger size would look too wide.
A warm 600 lm LED that shows off the gold
The GX53 lamp included uses 5.7 W and produces 600 lm at 3000 K, with variable intensity. This warm shade warms the gold metal and avoids the cold effect of a bathroom tiled in white. Allow one for a WC or shower room, two for a family bathroom. Its IP44 rating makes it suitable for damp rooms; do not install it directly above the shower or bath.
8.5 cm below the ceiling, 1.08 kg
The ceiling light drops only 8.5 cm and weighs 1.08 kg: it suits converted attics, low hallways and shower rooms under a staircase. It is fixed flat to the ceiling by its ring. The same diameter is available in polished chrome, and the larger size in polished gold.
