Moulded backplate, ball arm and opal tulip shade
The design recalls old-fashioned taps: the round chromed steel backplate is turned in concentric steps, the short arm ends in a chrome sphere and the frosted glass flares out like a tulip. The polished chrome reflects the room, while the white opal glass hides the bulb. The same design is available as a 2- and 3-light bar for mounting above a mirror.
A 3 W G9 that lights upwards
The 3 W G9 bulb is supplied with the wall light, and the fitting accepts a dimmer if the bulb fitted is dimmable. The glass, open at the top, sends the light up to the ceiling: it is soft supplementary lighting, to be complemented by a ceiling light if the room is large. The IP44 rating protects against splashes, so installation near the basin is possible; keep it out of the shower. Class I, earth wire to be connected.
A compact format, ideal as a pair
At 24.8 cm high, 13.3 cm wide and projecting 15.2 cm, the wall light takes up little space. Install one on each side of the mirror, at face height, for symmetrical lighting with no shadow cast under the chin.
