Huguenot Lake mirror wall light in polished chrome, 2 opal glass shades, 33 cm

Two opal shades on a chrome bar

The round stepped backplate is the same as on the single wall light, but the arm becomes a horizontal crossbar in chrome-plated steel, finished with two spherical end caps. The frosted white opal glass shades hang beneath the bar and completely conceal the bulbs. Polished chrome wipes clean with a cloth, which matters above a washbasin.

Downward light for the mirror

The two 3 W G9 bulbs are included; with dimmable G9 bulbs, the wall light can also be controlled with a dimmer. Facing downwards, the shades light the vanity top and the upper body, without throwing light back onto the ceiling. The IP44 rating suits use above the mirror, away from the shower. Class I luminaire: an earthed supply is required.

33 cm wide, above a small mirror

The whole unit measures 33 cm wide, 24.8 cm high and projects 15.2 cm. It suits a mirror 40 to 60 cm wide; for anything wider, choose the 3-light version of the same range. Fix the backplate about ten centimetres above the frame so that the glass shades do not appear in the mirror's reflection.
