Mini lantern and hexagonal base

The body is die-cast in black aluminium. The square lantern has four clear glass panes, a four-sided slightly rounded roof and a finial; the moulded shaft flares out to a six-sided base. The manufacturer states a 10-year warranty against corrosion.

A low point of light

The E27 lampholder takes a maximum of 60 W, and the bulb is not included. It can be connected to a dimmer if the bulb supports it. Close to the ground, the light mainly illuminates the path and nearby borders: a low-power LED is enough to guide your steps. IP44 rating: it can stay outdoors all year round, rain included, but away from hose or sprinkler jets.

Installation

It weighs only 1.75 kg: fix it to a flat, rigid support, such as a concrete block or the coping of a wall, so that it remains stable. Run the cable in buried conduit, earth included (Class I). On a porch, one bollard light on each side of the steps is enough to light the way up.
