Teak post, stainless steel base and bars

The whole post is made of teak, a pale, grained wood from Malaysia. At its base is a wide round marine-grade stainless steel plate, drilled for fixing screws. At the top, rings and slim vertical stainless steel bars protect the opal glass cylinder, beneath a teak dome. To keep the wood's original colour, apply teak oil with each change of season.

A point of light at ground level

At this height, the light falls mainly on the ground and borders: it guides your steps rather than lighting up the façade. The E27 lampholder accepts 40 W at most; the bulb is not in the box. With a dimmable LED bulb, a dimmer can lower the brightness. Thanks to its IP55 rating, the bollard light withstands downpours and dust, whether set in soil or on paving.

Ground installation and pairings

At 10 cm wide and 24 cm high, it fits between two pots or at the end of a step. Screw the plate onto a hard, flat surface. The same finish is available as a tall bollard light and as a wall light, to dress a path and the façade alongside it.
