Decorative arm and tall wall plate
The narrow, tall wall plate carries a horizontal arm topped with a double scroll and ending in a crook; the lantern is hung from it by its roof. This more elaborate bracket sets it apart from the small hanging wall light in the range. The cage is the same as elsewhere in the range: black cast aluminium, a faceted roof and four glazed sides of wavy glass with glazing bars.
E27 light source and IP23 protection
It takes an E27 bulb of up to 60 W, not included; if the bulb is dimmable, it can be used with a dimmer. A clear warm white LED brings out the texture of the glass. IP23 rating: protected against rain up to 60° from the vertical, so it is best installed under an overhanging roof or a canopy rather than on a wall exposed to the weather. Class I appliance, with an earth wire.
A wall light that projects 31 cm
With a 31 cm projection, the lantern stands well clear of the wall: check that it does not interfere with the opening of a shutter or a door. It measures 40 cm high by 18.5 cm wide and weighs 1.95 kg; fix it about 1.80 to 2 m above the ground, using wall plugs suited to the masonry.
