Round ceiling plate, short stem and glazed cage
A cast aluminium ceiling plate is fixed to the ceiling; a short stem links it to the top of the four-sided roof. Semi-flush mounting: the lantern sits clear of the ceiling without hanging like a pendant light. The textured glass panes, divided into four panes per side, soften the light and partly conceal the lampholder. Black finish.
E27 bulb and sheltered use
E27 lampholder for a bulb of up to 60 W, to be purchased separately; a dimmable bulb allows it to be paired with a dimmer. A standard-shaped warm white LED, 2700 K, is enough for a porch. Rated IP23, this ceiling light withstands slanting rain; it belongs under a porch roof or canopy, protected from side splashes. Class I: ensure a power supply with an earth wire.
Size and fixing
28 cm high by 18.5 cm in diameter: under a porch ceiling at 2.20 m, the bottom of the lantern stays a little over 1.90 m above the ground. Weighing 1.53 kg, it can be secured with screws and wall plugs in a solid ceiling.
