About this light

An intermediate version of the Cotswold wall lantern: the same swan-neck arm and the same curved roof with finial, but the height is reduced to 52.1 cm and it has two E14 lampholders instead of three. This size suits a simple front door, a garage or a courtyard wall, where the large model would take up too much space.

Description

Swan-neck arm, curved roof and bevelled glass

The die-cast aluminium has a black finish. The lantern hangs from the end of a swan-neck arm, fixed to a cut-out backplate. The roof, with four curved slopes, is topped with a finial; beneath its cornice, a moulding sits above each pane of clear bevelled glass. A small ornamental bracket closes the base.

Two E14 bulbs, dimmable light

Allow for two E14 bulbs of 60 W maximum, to be purchased separately. The specification indicates variable intensity: pair a dimmer with compatible LED bulbs to lower the light in the evening. As for the weather, IP44 protects against showers and splashes, which allows installation on an exposed wall. The light is Class I and requires an earth wire.

A compact footprint

It measures 22.9 cm wide by 29.5 cm deep and weighs 3.69 kg. To frame a door, fit one on each side, with the top of the lantern level with the top of the door frame or slightly above.
