Description

Lantern hung from its chain

A ring at the top of the roof connects the lantern to a black chain. The urn-shaped body, in black cast aluminium, is closed by clear frosted glass dotted with tiny bubbles, and edged under the roof with an openwork frieze. The base ends in a turned finial, visible when you walk underneath.

Under a porch, three E14 lights

Hung from an outdoor ceiling, it lights a porch, a canopy, a covered walkway or a gallery. It takes three E14 bulbs of 60 W maximum, not included, and can be connected to a dimmer with dimmable bulbs.

Height and ceiling fixing

The chain can be adjusted for a total height of between 68 and 220.5 cm. Under a porch, leave at least 2 m of clear headroom below the finial. At 5.13 kg, it needs a secure fixing in the ceiling or roof frame. Class I: earth connection required. Elstead states a 3-year guarantee against corrosion.
