Small Tournai Outdoor Lantern Wall Light, 26.7 cm, E27 Cap

A compact, richly ornamented lantern

The wall plate, wider at the top, ends in a moulded finial. A short crook arm carries the lantern, whose cap is edged with leaves in relief. Beneath the cornice, the clear bubbled glass panes sit within pointed arches. Cast aluminium in a Londonderry finish, a dark brown with bronze nuances.

Light and exposure

It takes an E27 bulb of 60 W maximum, not supplied. A low-power LED is enough to mark out a doorstep; choose 2700 K to keep a yellow tone. Connected to a dimmer, it can be softened with a dimmable bulb. IP44 rated, it withstands driving rain on a garden wall as well as beneath a canopy. The manufacturer covers it with a 3-year anti-corrosion guarantee.

Small projection, easy installation

At 15.2 cm wide, with a 19.7 cm projection and weighing 2.07 kg, it fits on a narrow pillar or between two openings. Like the other models in the range, it is Class I and is connected with an earth conductor. Position it about 1.70 m above the ground, next to the door handle.
