Malaga black outdoor lantern wall light, large model, 41 cm

Black die-cast aluminium, porch lantern profile

The pressure die-cast aluminium body has a black finish. It echoes the styling of traditional lanterns: stepped roof, panes framed by slim uprights, finial beneath the base. The glazing is clear polycarbonate. The flat back fits flush against masonry.

Light source and protection

The lantern takes an E27 cap bulb of up to 60 W; the bulb is not included. An amber or clear filament LED stays true to the spirit of the model. Its IP54 rating protects it from splashes and rain: it can withstand an exposed façade. It is Class II and is connected without an earth conductor.

Dimensions for a large façade

It measures 41 cm high and 18 cm wide, and projects 13 cm. Its weight of 1.65 kg is light enough for fixings suited to the surface. For a standard-sized front door, one lantern on each side, fitted at about 1.70 m, is enough to light the threshold.
