A chrome metal ruler on an angled arm
The profile is slim: a bar 60 cm long and 6 cm high, made entirely of chrome-plated metal, supported by an oblique arm extending from a small rectangular backplate. The LEDs sit under the bar, behind a discreet diffuser, and are not visible from the front.
Integrated 9 W LED in warm white, fixed intensity
The light source is a 9 W LED integrated into the fitting, emitting 380 lm at 3000 K: a warm white light, directed downwards, that flatters the complexion in front of the mirror. This output is moderate, enough to light the face and the basin top; for a large bathroom, keep a ceiling light as a complement. The intensity is fixed. With its IP44 rating, the wall light tolerates steam and splashes above a washbasin; just avoid the shower area.
Mirror width and mounting height
The depth is 25 cm and the weight 1 kg: the backplate is screwed on with two wall plugs. The 60 cm bar suits a mirror 60 to 90 cm wide; centre it and fix it just above the frame, so that the light falls onto the glass without reflecting in your eyes.
