A vertical silhouette in two volumes

On a long, rectangular black backplate sit a half-cylinder at the top, where the first lens can be seen, and a recessed block at the bottom, which houses the second. The lampshade combines aluminium and glass. Together they form a slim, unadorned column that follows the edge of a wall.

Downward lighting and dusk-to-dawn sensor

The two GU10 lampholders each take a 7 W bulb, purchased separately. In the photo, both light outlets face the ground, lighting a path or steps without dazzling. The dusk-to-dawn sensor takes care of switching on and off. With its IP44 rating it withstands rain, so an unsheltered façade is no problem.

Size and installation

The wall light measures 21.5 cm high by 6.6 cm wide and projects 11 cm. Its slimness makes it easy to place on a door jamb or between two windows. Fix it between 1.60 and 1.80 m above the ground, above a step, so that the cone of light covers the landing.
