About this light

This brushed brass garden lamp belongs to the Newbrighton range: a brass cylinder, a ring of louvres beneath a small domed cap and a polycarbonate lens. The light escapes between the louvres and falls towards the ground. Place it at the edge of a flower bed, a step or a paved terrace.

Description

A brushed brass cylinder

The brushed brass body, 10.2 cm in diameter, has a matt golden tone that darkens over the years. The head is ringed with three slim louvres, above which a rounded cap closes the lamp.

Light source and protection

It takes an E27 bulb of up to 40 W, not included; a dimmable LED lets you adjust the light with a dimmer. The polycarbonate lens is more impact-resistant than glass. IP55 rating: dust and water jets cannot get in.

Installation

Run the cable in conduit to its position, then screw the base, light at 1.45 kg, onto a stable surface. Class I appliance, to be earthed.
