Tommy grey adjustable outdoor wall spotlight, GX53 cap, IP66

Light grey, round head and notched rim

The Tommy head is a short, wide cylinder surrounded by a ribbed collar, with a clear front glass. A bracket connects it to a round backplate screwed to the wall; a thumbscrew locks the chosen angle and a sheathed cable forms a small loop above. The body is made of grey resin and plastic.

A 10 W GX53 lamp to aim

The head takes a lamp with a GX53 cap, up to 10 W. According to the retailer, the spotlight can be freely aimed: you can point it at a tree, a stone wall or a step rather than lighting straight ahead. Its IP66 rating seals it completely against dust and lets it withstand powerful water jets, such as wind-driven rain. It is built to Class II, with no earth wire.

Size and positioning

15 cm wide, 12.2 cm high, 16.5 cm projection and 0.69 kg. To highlight a shrub, fit it low on the wall, at knee height, with the head turned upwards; to light an entrance, mount it higher and tilt it towards the ground.
