The round wall plate, the curved arm and the almost flat lampshade all share the same patina: a pale verdigris, shaded with brown. It covers a brass body, which the retailer describes as solid and wax-finished, and which will continue to patinate outdoors. Beneath the lampshade, a clear glass dome protects the bulb.

Light directed towards the doorstep

The wide rim of the lampshade cuts the light upwards and sends it back down to the ground. E27 lampholder, up to 60 W; no light source is supplied. With a dimmable bulb, a dimmer adjusts the intensity. IP44 rating: the light can be fitted on a wall exposed to rain, not just under a canopy. Class I: provide an earthed circuit.

Size and mounting height

The wall light measures 24 cm in height and 29.5 cm in width, and weighs 1.89 kg. Its 37 cm projection makes it a fairly protruding model: fit it above or beside the door, at about 1.80 to 2 m from the ground, where nobody walks close to the wall.
