About this light

Polished brass lantern standing upright on its arm, with a roof and a finial at the top, in the spirit of carriage lanterns. Its four clear bevelled glass panes let all the light through. Description

Shiny brass, upright lantern

The oval, moulded wall plate carries a bracket on which the lantern rests, with the bulb at the bottom and the roof at the top. The four-sided roof ends in a finial, and a decorative drop hangs beneath the base. The lantern is made of solid brass; its LifeBrite polished brass finish, unique to this range, gives a highly reflective gold tone.

An E27 bulb

One E27 lampholder, 60 W maximum, bulb not included. On a dimmer, screw in a dimmable LED. The bevelled glass panes stay transparent: a clear filament bulb in warm white suits the brass. IP44 rating: the lantern withstands rain when fixed to an exterior wall. Class I.

Dimensions

39.3 cm high, 17.8 cm wide, 19.7 cm projection, 1.53 kg. For a front door, two lanterns on either side, at eye level or slightly above, are enough.
