A glass case framed by mesh
Antique bronze finish on a metal frame, with clear glass waved vertically, as if streaked by rain: the lantern keeps a traditional design. The metal mesh, set as a crown under the roof and as a band at the base, adds an industrial-inspired detail. At the back, a circular reflector pushes the light of the three bulbs outwards. The manufacturer guarantees it for 3 years against corrosion.
Three E14 bulbs for a covered entrance
Each E14 lampholder takes a maximum of 60 W; bulbs are not included. Three small LED candle bulbs are enough to light a threshold, a front step or a garage door. Its IP23 rating limits it to locations sheltered from rain: under a porch, a deep canopy or a covered yard. Avoid a wall exposed to downpours.
Weight and installation
The lantern weighs 5.9 kg and projects 15.2 cm: a solid wall and wall plugs suited to this load are required. As a Class I fitting, it must be connected to an earthed circuit. On a façade, position it slightly above eye level, at around 1.80 m, to avoid glare through the clear glass.
