Grey rectangular up and down GU10 outdoor wall light 23.5 cm

A grey block with two windows of light

The housing, mounted on a recessed backplate, forms a clean block with straight edges. Near each end, a transparent band runs around the body: this is where the light escapes towards the porch ceiling and towards the ground. The matt grey shade suits anthracite aluminium joinery as well as light render.

Double beam, bulbs supplied

The two GU10 lampholders each take a 3 W LED, supplied, for a output of 660 lm at 3000 K. The data sheet states that it is dimmable: check that the dimmer you choose is compatible with LEDs. With its IP44 rating, the wall light withstands showers and splashes, on an exposed wall as well as under a canopy. The very common GU10 cap means the bulbs can be changed without replacing the fitting.

Size and mounting height

It projects 11 cm from the wall. To make the most of the up and down effect, leave clear space above and below: at around 1.70 m from the ground, on an unobstructed section of wall, the light pattern remains clearly visible. Class I fitting, earthed.
