Fisherman Gooseneck Outdoor Wall Light, Copper Finish IP55

A fisherman's lantern in copper-effect steel

The Fisherman is made of cast steel with a copper-effect finish. A round backplate fixes to the wall; the arm rises and then curves into a gooseneck to hold the light forward. The flared shade shelters a clear glass globe, supplied, which leaves the bulb visible. The design recalls Scandinavian seaside lamps.

IP55 protection and choice of bulb

The IP55 rating protects it from rain and dust: it can stay on an exposed façade, even without a canopy. It takes an E27 bulb of up to 75 W. Beneath the clear glass, a 2700 K filament LED gives a soft, welcoming light and uses little energy.

Projection from the façade

The arm holds the shade 42 cm from the wall: check this clearance next to a door or shutter that opens outwards. The whole fitting measures 27 cm wide and 22.5 cm high. Placed beside the entrance, a little above head height, it lights the lock and the doorstep.
