Burnished bronze, clear glass and foliage ornament
In a patinated brown shade, the aluminium forms a four-sided lantern whose uprights flare out towards the roof. This four-sided roof ends in a finial of cut-out leaves, reminiscent of a pineapple crown. Behind the clear glass panes, two candle-shaped lampholders stand side by side. A rectangular bronze backplate connects it to the wall.
Two-bulb lighting
You will need two bulbs with an E14 cap, 40 W maximum each, to be purchased separately from the lantern. Flame-shaped or clear filament bulbs give the best result through the smooth glass. Paired with dimmable bulbs, it can be controlled with a dimmer. Its IP44 rating protects it from rain: an exposed wall, an entrance or a covered terrace are all suitable. Class I, with earth connection.
Space to allow on the façade
The lantern is 25.4 cm wide and 45.7 cm high, and projects 30.1 cm from the wall. Its weight, 3.8 kg, calls for wall plugs suited to masonry. For a double door or a gate, one lantern on each side, at about 1.70 m above the ground, lights the way evenly.
