Three opal glass shades spread over 53.3 cm
This model keeps the round backplate turned in concentric circles and the chrome-plated steel crossbar with rounded ends; three white opal glass tulip shades hang from it at regular intervals. The polished chrome reflects the light from the glass and visually enlarges the wall. It is a classic bathroom design, which pairs well with chrome taps with cross handles.
Three G9 bulbs for a wide vanity top
The three G9 bulbs, 3 W each, are included and together give 900 lm. They light downwards, onto the basin top and the face. The light is listed as dimmable: fit dimmable G9 bulbs to connect it to a dimmer. The IP44 rating allows installation above the mirror; avoid the inside of the shower. Class I with earth connection.
Fitting above a large mirror
Allow for a width of 53.3 cm, a height of 24.8 cm and a projection of 15.2 cm, for 3.87 kg; choose wall plugs suited to the type of wall. The bar sits best centred over a mirror of 70 cm or more, or over a double-basin unit. Leave a hand's width between the top of the mirror and the bottom of the tulip shades.
