Taliso wall light, wavy frosted glass on white backplate, E27, 32 cm high

A wavy sheet of glass in front of a white backplate

The diffuser is a plate of frosted glass curved into an S-shape, mounted on a white backplate of the same height. It is open at the sides and at the top, sending some of the light towards the ceiling and onto the wall. A small metal bracket holds the bottom of the glass.

An E27 bulb up to 60 W, preferably LED

The E27 lampholder takes a bulb of 60 W maximum, not included. An E27 LED bulb in a standard or globe shape, in warm white, gives a soft effect through the semi-matt glass. As the IP20 rating offers no protection against water, mount this wall light high up on either side of the mirror, away from the shower, or use it in a hallway or bedroom.

Vertical format and fitting as a pair

At 32 cm high and 20 cm wide, the Taliso remains compact. As a pair, place the two wall lights at eye level, about 1.60 m up, on either side of the mirror: side lighting avoids shadows under the nose and chin.
