Gun white outdoor wall light, 2 GU10, small model 21 cm

Slim white aluminium tube

The aluminium body forms a narrow tube, marked by two horizontal rings that divide it into three segments. It stands off the wall on a small rectangular backplate. The glass at the bottom is discreet; the white finish suits rendered façades, light-coloured shutters and white PVC window frames.

Two 35 W GU10 bulbs, directed light

Each end takes a GU10 bulb of up to 35 W, to be purchased separately. The GU10 cap gives a narrow beam: the wall is washed with two crisp bands of light rather than evenly lit. The IP44 rating protects against splashes and rain; choose a spot under roof overhang, a porch or a canopy.

21 cm high, 11 cm projection

The wall light projects 11 cm from the wall and weighs 0.72 kg, a light load for an ordinary wall plug in brick or concrete. Allow about 1.70 m from the ground for an entrance, or a little higher if you want the upper beam to reach the underside of the roof.
