English Bridle small bronze lantern wall light, 1 light, 32 cm

A faithful scaled-down version of the English Bridle lantern

This compact version fixes the glazed urn on a short arm, in front of a circular backplate edged with mouldings. The bronze finish, subtly shaded and lightly patinated, covers the cast aluminium of the bulb-shaped roof, the cut-out frieze and the two finials. The clear granulated glass sides reveal fine bubbles trapped in the glass.

Bulb and rain protection

The E27 lampholder takes a maximum of 60 W; no bulb is supplied. A dimmer can adjust the brightness, provided the chosen bulb is dimmable. A warm white globe or filament LED recreates the glow of an oil lamp. IP44 rating: the wall light withstands rain, on a front wall as well as under a lean-to.

Fitting on a narrow wall

At 16.5 cm wide and projecting 19 cm, it fits between a door and a corner of wall. It is mounted with wall plugs chosen to suit the surface. Class I: it must be earthed. The manufacturer guarantees it for 3 years against corrosion.
