Regency lantern in walnut-patinated cast aluminium
The domed, ribbed top, crowned with a finial, hangs from a curved arm that springs from an oval wall plate with a radiating motif. Below, the cage with its curved uprights holds panes of blown glass known as clear water glass: their ripples blur the view of the bulbs and bring the light to life. The walnut finish, a deep brown with coppery highlights, suits stone, brick and dark joinery.
Two E14 lampholders beneath wavy glass
It takes two E14 bulbs of up to 60 W each, sold separately; clear flame-shaped LEDs in 2700 K show off the glass. The IP44 rating protects it from rain: it can be fitted on an exposed wall or under a porch. Class I appliance, to be connected to earth. The manufacturer states a 3-year anti-corrosion guarantee.

44.5 cm high by 21.6 cm wide: the lantern projects 27.9 cm from the wall, which matters next to a door that opens outwards. It weighs 3.2 kg and must be fixed to a solid wall. For a pair on either side of the entrance, align the top with the top of the door frame.
