About this light

This recessed LED outdoor wall light sits flush in the wall thanks to its included mounting box. Only the louvred graphite frame remains visible, set in front of opal safety glass. The 7.4 W LED module is supplied: ideal for marking out a step, a low wall or a path alongside façades.

Description

Louvred frame and opal glass

The graphite powder-coated aluminium frame features horizontal louvres that shape the light. Behind them, opal safety glass protects the light source. The mounting box is included: it is built into the masonry before the frame is fitted.

Replaceable 7.4 W LED module

The light source is a 7.4 W LED module, supplied with the light and designed to be replaced. The stated output, 67 lm, is low: a guide light for the feet, not façade lighting. The IP65 rating protects it against water jets: boundary wall, stair riser or plinth exposed to rain. Class I, with earth connection.

Recessed into the wall

The light measures 12 cm high and 26.5 cm wide, and weighs 1.61 kg. Plan the recess in the wall before the plaster or render is finished. Along a staircase, install it about thirty centimetres above the steps to light the stair nosings.
