New England outdoor ceiling light, hexagonal lantern, bronze, 2 lights

Flush lantern in blown glass

The New England is shown here in its ceiling version: a hexagonal lantern with flared panels, whose lower edge forms a curve. The glass is blown, with small visible bubbles that soften the light. The cast aluminium frame in an aged bronze finish ends at the centre with a small finial.

Two E27 bulbs under the porch

Two E27 lampholders, 60 W maximum each; bulbs are sold separately. 2700 K LEDs keep a golden light through the bubbled glass; if dimmable, they can be adjusted with a dimmer. The IP44 rating withstands rain and splashes: the ceiling light is suitable for a porch, a covered entrance or a passage under a canopy. Class I: an earth wire must be provided.

Low ceiling height

36 cm in diameter with a height of only 20 cm and a weight of 2.21 kg: the ceiling light stays compact under a low roof overhang, where a pendant light would get in the way. Centre it above the front door or in the middle of the porch.
