Moby black pendant light with 35 cm metal dome lampshade, E27

Black shade, white enamelled interior

Contrast is what makes this model interesting: a black exterior and a white enamel interior that appears as soon as you walk beneath the light. The metal dome widens in a gentle slope to a straight rim, and the narrow neck meets a black cable. The shape suits a kitchen with character, a loft or a dining room with light-coloured walls.

An E27 bulb of up to 42 W

The E27 lampholder takes a bulb of up to 42 W, to be purchased separately. It cannot be dimmed and has double insulation (Class II). An LED in 2700 K gives a warm light under the shade; in 4000 K, it is better suited to a worktop. The IP20 rating means it should be used in a dry room.

A height of 47.5 to 222.5 cm

Including the cable, the overall height can be adjusted from 47.5 to 222.5 cm, so it can be lowered beneath a high ceiling or kept short under a low one. The shade is 22.5 cm high and the light weighs 1.2 kg. If you hang two or three in a row, space the shades at least one diameter apart so that they do not visually touch.
