Bellini 4-light chandelier, cut glass and oxidised bronze, 36.2 cm diameter

A tall, narrow basket

Four curved arms extend from a central ring and each carries a candle holder, accented with a drop. The K9 cut glass beads start from an openwork metal crown and fall in tight rows to a faceted ball. The metal has an oxidised bronze finish, dark brown with lighter highlights on the raised details.

Lighting and bulbs

Four E14 lampholders each accept a bulb of up to 60 W; none are supplied. Choose clear candle LED bulbs so the cut glass reflects the light. The chandelier can be controlled with a dimmer, using bulbs designed for dimming.

Where to hang it

The chain allows a total height of 70 to 222.5 cm. The weight, 5.85 kg, is reasonable but calls for a securely anchored fixing point. Its narrow width keeps it looking well-proportioned above a small round table of about 70 cm, or in a stairwell where it looks best hung low.
