Brass, clear glass and a black ring

The cylindrical stem is made of steel with a brass finish, in a fairly warm golden shade that leans towards copper. Beneath it, a black ring holds a clear capsule-shaped glass globe, ribbed with tight vertical fluting. The contrast between the golden metal and the black details gives a retro look, with no superfluous ornament.

Which bulb to fit

E27 lampholder, maximum 40 W, bulb not included. The glass does not diffuse the light: the bulb is part of the decor. An amber filament LED bulb pairs nicely with the brass; an opal bulb reduces glare if the pendant light hangs at eye level. IP20 rating: dry indoor use only.

Height and placement

The pendant light measures 113 cm in total, cable included. Its 15 cm globe suits a small space or a grouped arrangement: two or three Antiola lights lined up above a bar, or one on each side of a bed in place of bedside lamps.
