Cylinder of black rods and staggered globes

The structure is made of black steel: evenly spaced vertical rods form a straight cylinder, gathered at the top in a fan shape towards the fixing point. In the centre, a rod carries three opal white glass globes, offset in height and orientation. The black of the rods and the white of the glass create a sharp contrast, visible from a distance.

Three G9 light sources in opal glass

Each globe houses a G9 lampholder for a bulb of up to 25 W, so three bulbs are to be purchased separately. The opal glass diffuses a soft, glare-free light; a 2700 K G9 LED stays in warm, gentle tones. The rods cast fine lines of shadow on nearby walls. IP20: for dry rooms in the home.

Size and ceiling height required

The cage measures 66 cm high and 31 cm in diameter; with the cable, the total height reaches 136 cm. This length calls for a high ceiling: in a stairwell, let the pendant light hang down into the central void, out of the way of the walkway.
