A column of globes

The brass-finish metal stem drops lower and carries arms on three levels. Eight white oval globes hang from them, staggered from one tier to the next: seen from the side, the pendant light forms an airy column rather than a flat tray. The small brass cups that hold each globe echo the colour of the frame.

Eight G9 bulbs required

You will need eight G9 bulbs, sold separately, of 25 W maximum. With LED, power consumption remains low despite the number of light points. The light filters through the white of the globes in every direction and also lights the ceiling. IP20 rating: dry indoor use only.

Overall height of 82.5 cm

At 60 cm wide and 82.5 cm in overall height, it needs a ceiling of at least 260 cm above a table, or a stairwell, to leave comfortable clearance. Above a tabletop, aim for around 70 cm between the lowest globe and the table.
