Duo1 5-Light Cascade Pendant Light in Clear and Frosted Glass

Five cylinders in a spiral

Each diffuser is made of two glass tubes: one clear, the other frosted and fluted, set in the centre. Hung from five cables of different lengths, they turn around the axis of the chrome ceiling plate and form an airy column of light. The rings and end caps are chrome too.

Bulbs and lighting

Five E14 lampholders, 60 W maximum each, bulbs not included. A dimmer can control the whole fitting if you fit dimmable bulbs; in warm white, they create a welcoming hallway in the evening. With its IP20 rating, the pendant light is for indoor use only, in a room free from damp.

Installation in a high space

The light weighs 3.6 kg: check that the ceiling fixing point can support this weight. The five cylinders fit within a 28 cm circle, and the whole fitting hangs down to 120 cm below the ceiling, cables included. Keep it for a generous ceiling height or a stairwell, where the cascade can be seen along its full length and does not obstruct the way.
