About this light

The Brooke is a table lamp whose amber glass lampshade takes the shape of a giant bulb, set on a black conical base. Inside, a small bulb glows like a filament. At 42 cm high, it works as a mood light on a shelf, a bedside table or a bar.

Description

A bulb within a bulb

The matt black metal base flares out towards the bottom like a truncated cone. It carries a large pear-shaped amber glass, which imitates an old-fashioned bulb. At the centre, the lampholder and a small bulb can be glimpsed through the tinted glass.

E14 lampholder

It accepts an E14 bulb of 40 W maximum, not included. A small clear filament LED reinforces the illusion of the giant filament. The amber glass gives a golden, subdued light. The sheet indicates variable intensity. Switch on cable. IP20.

Size

42 cm high, 17 cm in diameter, 1 kg. 200 cm cable. It pairs well with dark wood, leather or a well-stocked bookcase.
