Large Ovalino ceiling light in white frosted glass, 8 lights, 53.5 cm

Frosted glass petals

Seen from the side, the Ovalino looks like a domed drum whose edge is cut into regular curves. This relief comes from the oval white glass plates that overlap all the way round. The metal frame remains almost invisible; only a small shiny finial appears under the base.

Eight bulbs behind the glass

Eight E27 lampholders, 60 W maximum each: enough to make it the main lighting of a large room. Bulbs are not included. The lighting works on/off only, with no dimming possible. IP20 rating: living room, bedroom, study, not for damp rooms.

Weight and fixing

So much glass is heavy: the whole fitting weighs 7.7 kg. Anchor it into a concrete slab or a joist rather than a simple plasterboard panel. Its low profile makes it practical in rooms where a pendant light would get in the way.
