Arched wooden floor lamp for a reading corner or the end of a sofa: a long blade of dark ash rises in a curve and carries a black dome head high above. The light falls over the armchair, with no stand planted right beside the seat. At 160 cm high, it takes an E14 cap bulb.

Dark-stained ash and matt black metal
In the photo, the wood has a dark brown tone streaked with grey, which lets the grain of the ash show through. A black metal ring circles the arc at mid-height. At the bottom, a rectangular black plate serves as the base; at the top, the 22 cm diameter metal dome lampshade is white on the inside.
A single light source, pointing downwards
E14 lampholder for a bulb of up to 7 W, with no dimming. According to the brand's descriptions, the head can be tilted to aim at a book or a side table. A 2700 K LED will give a soft light in the evening. With an IP20 rating, it is suited to dry living areas.
Placing it behind an armchair
The curve pushes the head forward: leave space in front of the base and place it behind or beside the armchair, so that the dome sits above your shoulder. The flat plate stays discreet on the floor, in a corner or against a wall. The same design is also available as a desk lamp.
