Large Läckö crystal chandelier, antique brass, 9 lights, 66 cm

An elongated cone of beads

Compared with the smaller Läckö chandeliers, this model clearly stretches its silhouette: the cone of crystal beads rises high above the ring, beneath a crown of antique brass arches laden with drops. Around the ring, there are more candle arms, and the lower bowl of pendants widens in proportion.

Nine light sources

Nine E14 lampholders are arranged inside the cone, each limited to 40 W. Together they light a large room generously. Choose clear glass bulbs so that the crystal sparkles; a warm white of around 2700 K complements the brass. The IP20 rating restricts this chandelier to dry rooms. Class I appliance.

14 kg: a fixing to plan before you buy

The chandelier weighs 14 kg. Check that the ceiling can take a hook or a plate anchored in a joist or a slab, and have it fitted by an electrician. With an 89 cm body and 150 cm of cable, it needs height: under a 2.50 m ceiling, reserve it for hanging above a table, keeping 65 to 75 cm between the bowl and the tabletop.
