Shiny chrome and strands of crystal beads

Beneath the ceiling rose, a chrome chain carries a small crown from which long garlands of crystal hang. They open out to a chrome metal ring, then meet again underneath in a beaded bowl, finished with a point. At 40 cm wide, the basket is taller and fuller than that of the single-light version.

Two E14 lampholders in the basket

Two E14 caps of 40 W maximum each light the inside of the crystal. Bulbs are to be bought separately: clear LED candle bulbs or mini globes give the finest sparkle. With its IP20 rating, the pendant light is limited to rooms protected from moisture.

Height and ceiling fixing

Allow 55 cm in height for the light fitting alone, plus the chain; the transparent cable is 120 cm long. At 3.1 kg, it needs a hook or bracket firmly anchored in the ceiling. Over a table, aim for a tabletop 60 to 80 cm wide to keep the proportions right.
