A pale chandelier in patinated steel
The chain, ceiling rose, stem and arms are finished in ivory paint, lightly tinted with gold by the patina. The six arms sweep in long curves beneath the stem before rising towards the drip pans, and the scrolls linking them form a metal lacework. In a room with light tones, the light blends into the décor more than the black versions do.
Bulbs and brightness
Six E14 bulbs are required, 60 W maximum per lampholder, and are not supplied with the chandelier. A clear glass candle bulb shows off the ivory sleeves. The brightness can be adjusted with a compatible dimmer, provided dimmable bulbs are used. IP20: not suitable for bathrooms or damp rooms.
Height, weight, wiring
Without its chain, the chandelier is 42 cm high; with it, the whole fitting hangs down from 44 cm at the shortest to 107.5 cm. If the ceiling is low, conversion to a semi-flush ceiling light is possible. Its weight of 3.17 kg requires a reliable fixing point. Class I light: an earth wire is needed at the ceiling. In a bedroom, centre it in the room or above the foot of the bed.
