Large Olivia 8-light chandelier in ivory and gold, 70 cm diameter

Eight scrolling arms around the stem

The long, slender arms descend in a bundle below the stem, then open into wide loops that cross before rising towards the candle holders. The metal is painted ivory, with a gilded patina on the leaves that punctuate every curve. A ribbed ring closes the bundle at the bottom.

Eight light points

Eight E14 lampholders each accept 60 W; bulbs are not included with delivery. Eight warm white LED candle bulbs give generous lighting above a large table. The chandelier is dimmable with a dimmer and compatible bulbs. IP20 rating: dry indoor use only.

A heavy chandelier to be fitted with care

Allow 53 cm for the light fitting alone and up to 147 cm in total height with the chain, so it can be lowered below a high ceiling. It can also be fitted as a semi-flush ceiling light. At 5.53 kg, hang it from a hook screwed into a joist or a concrete slab, never from a simple plasterboard plug. Class I: earthing required. Above a table, choose a tabletop at least one and a half times its diameter.
