About this light

This bronze metal bell pendant light plays on two tones: a buckeye bronze steel dome in a very dark brown, and lighter, more golden restoration bronze parts on the rod, the gallery and the ring. A moulded glass diffuser closes the underside. It lights a worktop, a bar or a kitchen table.

Description

Two bronzes, dark and golden

The steel bell is opaque: its buckeye bronze finish leans towards chocolate brown. The rod, the gallery joining the dome and the lower hinged ring with clasp are in restoration bronze, a lighter, golden shade. The contrast between the two bronzes highlights the factory lamp silhouette.

Light directed downwards

As the dome lets nothing through, all the light comes out through the moulded glass diffuser: a crisp cone over the table, with little light towards the ceiling. E27 lampholder, 60 W maximum, bulb not included. The light fitting is dimmable: pair it with a dimmer and a dimmable LED bulb. It is designed for dry indoor use (IP20).

Rod mounting, from 42.6 to 110 cm

At 35.6 cm high and 32.4 cm in diameter, the bell hangs from a rigid rod. Depending on the rods used, the overall height can be adjusted from 42.6 to 110 cm. It weighs 4.91 kg. Above a counter, keep the bottom of the ring 65 to 75 cm from the surface to avoid dazzling seated people.
