About this light

This crystal and chrome chandelier takes the hot-air balloon shape beloved of the Louis-Philippe style: a crown of oval crystals at the top, garlands of beads that flare outwards, then a cascade of tiered crystal pendants. At 40 cm in diameter, it is the most compact in the range, ideal for a bedroom, dressing room or hallway.

Description

A crystal hot-air balloon on a chrome frame

The chrome-plated metal frame forms a basket that widens towards the bottom. At the top, a crown of faceted oval crystals; in the centre, rows of beads fall in garlands to a ring set with larger crystals; below, several tiers of pendants taper to a point. The six bulbs are hidden at the heart of the basket, behind the crystals.

Six E14 light sources that make the crystals sparkle

The E14 caps accept a maximum of 60 W each; bulbs not included. Clear bulbs, whether candle or mini-globe, make crystal sparkle better than frosted ones. A dimmer can be added, with compatible bulbs. With its IP20 rating, it is suitable for a room without humidity, such as a bedroom or a hallway.

Height, weight and fixing

Hung from a chain, the body of the chandelier is 70 cm high, with a maximum overall height of 128 cm. Weighing 4.96 kg, it should be fixed to a hook or bracket that is securely plugged into the ceiling. It must be connected to earth (Class I).
