Beatrix 8-light pendant light, crystal drum and chrome, 41 cm

Drum of crystal tubes and fringe of droplets

The structure is a chrome-plated metal ring along which a continuous row of vertical crystal tubes is lined up. The British retailer specifies that the chrome is diamond-point cut to catch the light. Beneath the cylinder, droplets ending in a crystal sphere hang in irregular clusters and scatter reflections in every direction. Fine cables connect the drum to the ceiling.

Eight G9 light sources and dimming

Eight G9 lampholders of 33 W each, bulbs not included. The light can be controlled by a dimmer, provided dimmable LED G9 bulbs are used; lowering the brightness in the evening makes the crystals sparkle even more. IP20: for dry rooms only.

Dimensions, weight and hanging height

The drum measures 41 cm in diameter and 28 cm in height; with the cables, the total height is 142 cm at most. It weighs 4.2 kg: screw the ceiling plate into a joist or a concrete slab rather than into plasterboard alone. Above a table 60 to 80 cm wide, leave 65 to 75 cm between the droplets and the tabletop.
